+Walking in the Light+

I'm walking in the Light
‘cause Jesus set me free
In my darkest hour
His mercy covered me

I'm walking in the Light
For Jesus heard my prayer
With tender loving kindness
He wiped away each tear

When I was blind and dirty
And my Lord I couldn't see
He cleaned me up and saved me
And gave me victory

I'm walking in the Light
He overflowed my cup
I was lost and hungry
But Jesus filled me up

I'm walking in the Light
He took my fears away
My heart is singing joyfully
And I am happy every day

I'm walking in the Light
Jesus Christ is Lord
To be without my Saviour
I simply can't afford

I'm walking in the Light
No more to go astray
‘cause Christ, my Lord, forgave me
And washed my sins away

'And the blood of Jesus Christ His Son
cleanseth us from all sin.' 1 John 1:7
