I BELIEVE

that every man or woman has a right to believe in their own way
The exception being if they try to force their belief on me
I believe in God, the United States of America and religious freedom
I believe in the ten commandments and maybe there should be more
I respect the true Muslim, those of Jewish faith, Budda all religions
Where doubt comes in is who is proclaming the faith of all religions
My Grandparents were strongly of the Catholic religion I am not
The Mormon Church stands on family donated property because
Grandpa believed though Catholic all religious faiths were good
I don't believe the dictates of a man of hate or one hiding in a cave
I do not believe in the suididal murder of innocents for any cause
And i don't believe there will be fifty-hundred virgins waiting for mad killers
I also don't believe in reincarnation but if it were terrioust
would find themselves laying on the back of an aligator as turtle
And wondering when that aligator might be hungry I believe this is
just words pour out in ramblings because a man said my believe in America
was propoganda and he raised up the dander of an Irishman born in America
Disagree in your beliefs but don't dread on me in yours
