THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM




~~ THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM ~~






Dreaming the impossible is not a crime
I know `cause I`ve done it from time to time,
We get these silly thoughts in our head
And we don`t seem able to put them to bed.


         


Try as we may, the impossible stands
`Til all our hope finally disbands,
Nothing we can ever do or say
Will make the impossible go our way.


         


Nodoubt you and I will just dream on
Holding on to our dream so it`s not gone
At times futile is what it will seem
Yet we`ll still dream the impossible dream.
