All I denied

Will tomorrow once more bring forth dark clouds to haunt me
or will the new day see me soar in the blue sky above?
Will my hopes and my dreams I've been dreaming of for a lifetime
tomorrow be granted from a far higher love?
For tomorrow is all now that I have left to warm me
today holds only memories of those lost years gone by
far better for me to dream of tomorrow
than to remember each hour I sat down and cried.
