Remaining Focused on Jesus
Receive your source of strength,
In the kindness of Christ;
Hang on at any length,
So not to be enticed.
You have heard the message,
As it has been confirmed;
Not to let it discourage,
But become reaffirmed.
Entrust what you are taught,
Be competent to teach;
To those that you have sought,
Through having an outreach.
Join me in suffering,
Like any good soldier;
What God is offering,
Is a brand new venture.
Whoever does serve God,
Does not serve this earth;
Since they honor and laud,
The one who gave them birth.
I will always endure,
And playing by the rules;
So I want to make sure,
I carry the right tools.
