Come Back to Life
If I told you that Christ,
His life had been restored;
All that He sacrificed,
Would you call Him your Lord?
How could you ever say,
Coming back from the dead;
That once you go away,
Life is snapped like a thread.
If you cannot come back,
Then Christ has no meaning;
And the faith you would lack,
No way for sin cleaning.
Then we could not exist,
After we would have died;
And you then would insist,
That the scriptures have lied.
So could we ever cope,
With no life after death;
And not having the hope,
Surviving the last breath.
But truth is in the Book,
Of time after we die;
Having a good outlook,
That faith will not deny.
