Fundamental principles of change

1)          Governments
2)          Law
3)          Education

Government

Government must agree on one basic principle of change. This change having no connection to Religion or Politics, but needed to be introduced by Government so that every individual will have the opportunity to participate free from Religion and Politics one simple gesture of morality;
That gesture being that every man woman and child will be encouraged to help and honour his neighbour if he or she should so wish.
This “multi- cultural” template where an individual is left feeling almost like a racist because he/she does not want to help or participate in some way, can never work.    Why should such a large number of youngsters and ever growing adults be made to feel they are racists because they are maybe too embarrassed or just generally uneasy about stepping into a world they do not know and have every right to be unsure of? We should be encouraging inter-action as different people and stop trying to convince us we are all the same because we are not.. not one of us!!! And that is without reference to  colour, customs and faiths.
We are all entitled to not like something. But in this climate we turn this dislike to fear and distrust. We need to understand we are all different and our perception could never be the same:
(e.g. One person stand in the middle of a circle of 100 people, all holding hands. If every one of those people looked at you as you stood there in the middle, not one of them would get the same image and therefore their perception of you would be different, irrespective of their beliefs.)
We should be allowed to not like something but in doing so, encourage the difference with respect. The principle being that because you do not like something you do not have to look at “it”, abuse “it”, throw stones at “it” or kill “it”, but encourage what ever “it” is to grow and prosper so that maybe your children will one day want to know the amazing things you have denied yourself.
We are all fearful and need our Governments to make us feel secure, what could be more secure in knowing that because of Government intervention on one minor moral gesture, a stranger was encouraged to help the next time you fell, instead of robbing you of your goods and your life.

Law

A nation must agree on one basic principle of change to law. This change having no connection to Religion or Politics shall be that;
Every man woman and child will be taught it is law that nine guilty men will go to prison for their crimes even though one innocent may be jailed in error. Instead of, “it is better that nine guilty men walk free than one innocent man shall be incarcerated unjustly”, as the law stands at present.
I believe as a free nation we still have to pay for freedom and understand truly what freedom means. I have been to prison for a crime I did not commit, but I accept it because of my association with known individuals, in all probability and as far as the police and courts were concerned I was guilty of something, it just so happens, I was not.
If we do not associate with trouble makers, people that would steal from us in our own home… and those that would start a fight because he or she believes that is the best way to win a lovers heart, or be Mr or Mrs Big Balls… we have nothing to fear. But if you are one of life's nasty bastards, who believes that this world of “ours” is yours and yours alone then the law would be able to stop you and put you where all nasty bastards need to be… as far away from good people as possible!
But too many people, guilty of some of mankind's ugliest attributes, walk among us every day because the law cannot stop them.
We have to take responsibility for our lives and stop blaming every one else for our problems. I truly believe most people are good and given the choice would choose a good way of life that did not involve the police or any other intervention in their lives. If an individual does not play with dirt he will not get dirty. And if by small chance that he should be jailed as a completely innocent victim, then wear that badge with pride for the freedom his/her loved ones, and you, will enjoy again. While remembering the hundreds of millions of innocents who will never know the difference!

Education

A nation must agree on one basic principle of change in Education. This change having no connection to Religion or Politics shall be that;
Every child shall be taught people skills from nursery school onwards as a daily subject.
These classes will include all and every contact a child will have in general life, and changed continually as that child grows and understands more of life and its perils.
Too many children grow with only their home life as an example of how things are and sometimes these homes are not suitable examples and fail to explain what is morally right. From day one their perception is tainted and the reality is their perception is not their own view.
We must give our children every chance to see the world through children's eyes and trust that their perception of something new introduced too theirs lives will be of interest or not, nothing more. So that also parents, relatives or friends perceptions of how things are is not the only perception in the growth of a child's mind. We have been parents and children for so long we have almost forgotten what it is like that first moment of your first child's life, and how delicate that child is. Our minds are the most fragile of all our attributes, and we have to realise this now before it is too late and we are all too confused to know what the truth really is. If we cannot be good role models for our children then the least we can do as parents is hope that someone else is by teaching our children another way. One simple life lesson in manners throughout schooling age, could educate this and every country into being the country everyone is proud of!
