Praying Effectively
Of all that we are told,
Does make us feel so bold;
In having confidence,
To be in accordance.
It is quite evident,
With being confident;
That God hears what we ask,
To approve of a task.
God listens to requests,
And He even suggests;
In ways to get it done,
Before the setting sun.
Seeing a believer,
Become a deceiver;
Pray to God for his sin,
For to be cleansed within.
We know those who were born,
God expects us to warn;
When starting to backslide,
And no longer abide.
And then not be afraid,
In asking for His aid;
Protected by the arm,
Of the Lord from all harm.
