 Here's Looking At You

I woke up to some music
From my radio
They were playing Elvis
From his Vegas show
Put on my new slippers
And walked across the floor
Went into the bathroom
And closed the bathroom door

I looked into the mirror
With eyes still half asleep
That is when I noticed
This guy in front of me
I thought he was good looking
His eyes were navy blue
That is when I told him
Here's looking at you

Here's looking at you
Here's to one great guy
You are so good looking
I cannot tell a lie
You are looking handsome
You look well-to-do
I am proud to know you
Here's looking at you

I went to have some breakfast
Before I went to work
The waitress served me coffee
I had to stare at her
She was mighty fancy
She saw she caught my eye
That is when she told me
"I wish you were my guy"

I knew my face was blushing
This waitress sure was cute
I said “You must be joking?”
She said, “No, it is true”
I knew right from the moment
I knew what she would do
She took my hand and said
“Here's looking at you”

"Here's looking at you
Here's to one great guy
You are so good looking
I cannot tell a lie
You are looking handsome
Let's have a rendezvous
I want to make sweet magic
Here's looking at you"

I did not make my meetings
She took me to her place
I saw that she was happy
By the smile upon her face

I said,
"Here's looking at you
I know I can't deny
All these crazy feelings
I want to satisfy
You are so good looking
Your love I will review
So let me tell you darling
Here's looking at you"
