  October's Child

FORGIVEN

FORGIVEN

This day I finally understand the impact of words such as these
The first of which is FORGIVEN, instilled in me as a child
My Dad saying he had no answers of his own, but please
Listen as I tell you about SALVATION, your sins reconciled

We have been FORGIVEN, there is no need of sorrow
Today, I fully realized the reality and strength of SALVATION
We may not have another day on earth, but Heaven has a tomorrow
Which I perceive with the delight of the cross of expectation
But the sign reads so painfully: Cross...Nails...Given
And I think of my precious Jesus with heartfelt love and admiration.....

1-cross
3-nails
4-given
