To Be Better Off
We always thank the Lord,
Showing He is adored;
Likewise to the Father,
Making Christ a Brother.
We thank for we have heard,
The joyous Holy Word;
With a faith in the love,
That filters from above.
We have this from the hope,
That helps us through to cope;
And a gift be given,
As kept safe in Heaven.
Believers have the views,
This hope of the Good News;
And known of as the truth,
That is since our youth.
The Good News is with you,
In hearts and minds you knew;
And power of His grace,
Shines brightly from your face.
So do all what is right,
By staying in the light;
Be better off today,
Better for you to pray.
