Unfailing LoveThe Father has given His love, That is flowing down from above; And giving us His gentle touch, Because of loving us so much. We are suppose to be mild, With being called as His child; For that is what we truly are, Being children of God by far. This is why our mortal birth, Is not recognized here on earth; Since our mortal birth has died, Through the corruption and the pride. We do know that when Christ appears, He will chase all the doubt and fears; We will no more be feeling grim, Because we will be just like Him. So all who have this confidence, Since they will have the diligence; Of having to keep themselves pure, And knowing Christ as their Savior. While those with such sinful lives, Will be banished when Christ arrives; For their disobedience to God, And being too tattered and flawed. Copyright © 2010 Richard Newton Sherrer Vote for this poem
