BACK IN THE ALLEY AGAIN

My head is hurting all filled and stuffy
I just broke up with a cat named skuffy
We used to hunt for rats in the alley together
But then came all that rainy weather
Momma takes Skuffy inside I am left out
It's enough to make this alley cat me--shout
But it is worse Skuffy are you avoiding me?
Just because one day I chased you up a tree
Don't you know you are hurting breaking my heart
I wasn't looking almost hit by the food cart
When your not around won't throw me a dead fish or two
The next door neighbor kicked and tossed a shoe
I know I am not as handsome and well breed as you
But this poor kitty has feelings too
And if I was well fed wouldn't be avoiding you
Outside your window is it not to you occurring
That its me outside your window nightly purring

Another love poem made up by Dandy
Not good with pipped in music
Just not that handy but--I too
write poetry straight from the heart
Taking pressure pills so heart won't
fall apart--There goes the tears again
I think Skuffy is on her way out
