Guiding Proclamation
Whoever is a believer,
Does not follow the deceiver;
But through Christ a new creation,
And faith in a firm foundation.
Our old way has disappeared,
Because your thoughts have been revered;
Unto Jesus Christ as your Lord,
As being honored and adored.
Because of God is forgiving,
You have a new way of living;
And a relationship through Christ,
Because His Son was sacrificed.
Christ was used so God could restore,
Your life with Him through a Savior;
And having your salvation built,
On forgiveness rather than guilt.
So because all that we do claim,
We go to others and proclaim;
So to winning another soul,
For God would be taking control.
Christ is perfect every way,
As sinless and could never stray;
For absorbing all our sin,
So we can be pure once again.
