same old same old
the same old story on a brand new day:
still dissappointing myself with my compulsive overeatting the same old way:
i start the day fresh on every early morn:
trying to show perfect form:
i really have all the best intentions to succeed:
to loose weight i know what to do and what i need:
it is just so exhausting to fail over and over again:
when will i succeed when:
i have lost weight a time or two before:
i am desperately trying to do it again once more:
i am really trying to do it right and in a healthy way:
really trying to gain my momentum on a brand new day:
i wish i could get myself on the worlds biggest looser show:
to myself there is no doubt i will win ya know:
but i know that is a long shot in the dark:
so right here right now i just gatta do my part:
right here right now i must begin:
i have to have a possitive attitude and confidence that right here right now i can win:
instead of trying to be perfect for the entire day:
maybe just focus hour to hour to find my way:
to try try try again and again i know is the ultimate key:
if i can just learn to focus hour to hour i know success will find me:
