dear god protect the children when they play:
close to there side watchfully stay:
let no harm come in there way:
that every parent must pray:
protect our children day and night:
because they are small and cannot fight:
when a child gets hurt all will weep:
the pain we feel so deep:
how could anyone harm a child you think:
when you hear of an attach your heart sinks:
children they need our protection:
from undue harm from anyone:
for those who would even think to harm a child:
gather them up give them to the wolves in the wild:
may god protect the children when they play:
