be thankful in what youve got;
to others it may be alot:
you may feel its not enough:
things may be kinda tough:
there are people much higher than you:
and there are many lower too:
appreciate what you got:
even its not alot:
show people that you care:
and whatever you got just share:
we dont know what we have until its gone:
im trying to remember the little things in this song:
the simple things in life:
is what carries us through pain and strife:
some people have alot of money too:'
so much more than me and you:
but money is not everything:
and happiness it wont always bring:
but money never stands in the way:
im the first to say:
as the old saying goes:
if you have your health you have it all you know:
so take good care of yourself:
as you get older thats your wealth:
