your life you have the power to rearrange:
change will cause pain:
nothing will remain the same:
change takes time:
you gotta keep on trying:
first you have to really believe that you can:
then with pride stand:
you begin with your first day:
then if you can make it that first big day,then congrats your on your way:
when you try to chanje its so strange:
because your life you wanted to rearrange, but part of you wants to remain the same:
its not gonna happen overnight:
but day by day you can win this fight:
you can be standing on the victory stand:
but first ya gotta have a plan:
if you believe that you can:
thats a big step man:
if you really want to loose weight, and change you will:
you can do it naturally without drugs or a diet pill:
