feelings
i feel down:
am wearing a frown:
dont know how to describe this low:
just dont feel no get up and go:
a combinstion of things are bringing me down:
other people i dont even want to be around:
i just want to be alone to myself:
i must save myself and my health:
the daily routine of my life feels so mundane:
i feel deep within low self esteen pain and ahame:
maybe things that happened years ago:
today somehow are making me feel so low:
i dont know the reason for my deep pain at this time:
i know through faith love and hope i will be fine:
i understand the courage it takes to forgive:
then go on standing tall and live:
your feelings you have to confess to someone what you feel deep inside:
your feelings you cannot stuff away and hide:
your feelings you've gotta share:
with someone you trust and care:
