Trusting Servant of the LORD
The Almighty Lord gives me a hand,
That is why I am not ashamed;
Doing as to what He does command,
And ensuring it is proclaimed.
I have set my face like a flint,
Since I will not be put to shame;
For I follow what is in print,
The Word of God that I proclaim.
For the One who knows me is near,
And can pronounce me innocent;
To God everything is clear,
And He has been pleased and content.
Who would try to fight against me,
To argue in a court of law;
A confrontation it shall be,
For uncovering any flaw.
Let the Jesus Christ be the judge,
Who can be finding me guilty;
For some of you might hold a grudge,
Or be prejudice against me.
All of you like to light fires,
For flaming your blame as a lamp;
Chasing what Satan desires,
Causing you to act as a tramp.
