BREAK OUT THE POPCORN MAMA WERE ABOUT TO SEE A FIGHT

Every time I open this
site someone is fighting
over who outvoted who in
the poetry contest
Vanity is a strange
thing to waste on the vain
Seriously who cares?
The Dude from Quebec?
The girls who should take
up knitting with love problems?
I have no idea where this contest is
So if I ever won it isn't my votes
If I did-where is my prize?
Oh, I understand there is none
Get on those pills girls
Maybe there should be a prize
for giving unsolicited critique
Good poets are leaving because
you are only reading your own work
Right, I did critique some of you fighting
But your insane vanity would
not accept someone Else's opinion
Which brings me up to the same
old my lover is gone poems
Maybe it is time to get over it
Write poetry for what it is poetry
Oh, right, that does rhyme with vanity.
