PERFECTION?








PERFECTION?






When we are looking for love
What is it that we search for?
Honesty, faithfulness, yes
But we search for much more.



We tend to look for perfection
Then the flaws start to appear,
This then shatters our illusion
And tarnishes the veneer.



But none of us are perfect
I can quite honestly say,
I myself look at perfection
In a totally different way.



I myself have found true love,
Not by finding the perfect person,
Over time I have learned to
See an imperfect person perfectly.



So never look for perfection
It`s something you`ll never find,
You can search the whole world over
But It`ll never be found in man-kind.
