Heard I was to love my neighbor
But her husband carried a gun
Now he wasn't very friendly
For my offer of friendship he did shun
Now I have to admit maybe he was right
For the girl he married such an ugly sight
So I waved and smiled as I did run
And she rose from the table blocked out the sun
Next time I love my neighbor
Gonna find me a skinny one
Whose husband doesn't own a gun
Oh, the madness of these word I have spun
old jealous husbands spoil all the fun
Back to my novel my work here is done
