The Power of the Word
Love each other with warm love,
That comes from the heart thereof;
And far from being uncouth,
Because you obey the truth.
For you have been purified,
Since you have been sanctified;
That immersed you in a flood,
When He baptized in His blood,
So you have been born again,
A stronger seed you attain;
That can never be destroyed,
And the love is overjoyed.
The love you have is sincere,
With knowing that God is near;
As you go love each other,
Just like sister and brother.
But through all of what you heard,
In the everlasting Word;
Of just what you have been told,
How the Good News does unfold.
People are like a flower,
That finds themselves with power;
When fertilized with the Word,
That has been spread by the Lord.
