The True Gospel
I am surprised that you,
So soon you turn away;
Saying that you are through,
That you can go astray.
You quickly desert Christ,
After seeing His grace;
Since you became enticed,
By earthly pleasures faced.
What some call as Good News,
Are trying to obscure;
That can and will confuse,
For making you detour.
Whoever does proclaim,
Not sounding just like mine;
If it is not the same,
Is not from the Divine.
They are condemned to hell,
For what they have given;
There is where they will dwell,
Not even close to Heaven.
I told you in the past,
Just as I tell you now;
The Gospel will outlast,
The fiction that they vow.
