Christian Obligations
You have always obeyed,
Knowing that Christ had paid;
Since He lives in your heart,
And His words you impart.
Continue the same way,
As you have done each day;
Talking to Him in prayer,
And all that you do share.
Work salvation with fear,
Even shedding a tear;
Trembling upon the sight,
That has been brought to light.
It is God, who injects,
Desires of subjects;
For actions that will please,
The Lord as He decrees.
Do all without complaint,
To be viewed as a saint;
As well as not argue,
Who has different view.
Then you will be blameless,
While the Lord will bless;
Innocent without faults,
And your peace never halts.
