Christian Obligation

You have always obeyed,
Every night you prayed;
And never do you stray,
Night nor during the day,

As we so often hear,
With such a trembling fear;
On your situation,
Working towards salvation.

God is who produces,
The desire juices;
That would be within you,
Will be pleasing Him too.

Your wishes and actions,
Not always attractions;
That were brought on by you,
Of things wanting to do.

Sometimes the desire,
From God you acquire;
Wanting you to complete,
In what you are elite.

He knows you have the skill,
To go follow His will;
Do not argue or complain,
Just do it to attain.
