MOONLIGHT

MOONLIGHT

The moonlight lay across my bed
And on my pillow I lay my head,
By morning the moonlight was gone
But memories of us still linger on.

Although a cold and frosty night
I had you to kiss and hold me tight,
So close I could feel your heart beat
And your advances turned up the heat.

I then lay my head upon your chest
And my waiting body you caressed,
You sent a shiver down my spine
And you whispered "I`ll make you mine".

Our only company was the moon
But morning came all too soon,
Although the moonlight has gone
Sweet memories of us linger on.
