Living in Brotherly LoveThe message you heard from the start, Had come directly from the heart; Is learning to love each other, As being sister and brother. You need not be like the devil, Someone like Cain who was evil; Murdered his brother and then lied, To God after trying to hide. He was mixing envy and greed, As if it was a rightful deed; Since he was feeling mighty grim, Abel got the better of him. Be surprised not if the world hates, You since a pleased God compensates; Though we are in the midst of strife, For we have passed from death to life. Because of other believers, That are also love receivers; From our Lord who is above, Is showering us with His love. Those who are not growing within, From His love are then filled with sin; And are also filled with much doubt, Not knowing what Christ is about.
