Disrespecting Religion
If God is our Father,
And Christ is our Brother;
Then why do we all neglect,
Showing our disrespect.
Even priests despise His name,
Pastors no longer proclaim;
Everything He has done,
Along with sending His Son.
Priests have corrupted inside,
The church as they not abide;
As the commandments have sought,
Through each deed as well as thought.
I say that it is unwise,
If a pastor would despise;
For giving honor and laud,
And the altar has things flawed.
They must think that God is blind,
For they ask Him to be kind;
Then they go leave in their car,
For a party at a bar.
So God may go shut His door,
And just decide to ignore;
Cries for help upon their path,
At the coming of His wrath.
