A magnificent sickness
swims deep inside my well
circling with tremendous agony
alone and aloof
lonely liquid mess
splashing haphazardly
at impossibly tall vertical walls
ridiculous attempts
on delicious ascents
without plan nor plot
nor particular purpose
or predetermined path
an immature child-like grasp
at nothing
