I'm your favor, O Jehovah
Is your dear.
As your devoted maiden,
I will stay with you near.
The fine works
You are my friend.
Your love is real,
you protect me.
My thanks to you is never end.
Since you, as my great shepherd,
Did kindly to me
And encouraged me to follow your
son Jesus Christ,
Then the world I forsook.
My sinfulness you pardoned
In mercy deep and wide
You are so kind;
much joy I find
As with you I reside.
Your son taught me to know you
And give you all due praise.
Your tenderness and goodness,
They surely me amaze.
I want to know you better,
I belong to you still.
Do me befriend clear to the end;
Help me do your will.
