'' The Flags Of Our Dear Fathers ''
To all our armed forces we should be endeared,
their selfless actions will forever be revered,
they risk their lives to let others live,
the ultimate sacrifice they willingly give.
Why do they commit to this selfless act,
because like it or not it is a fact,
some seem to think it's become outdated,
that their bravery should be appreciated.
They protest in the streets spitting out bile,
Their contempt for our heroes is totally vile,
It's time we let these Bastards know,
for the liberty they have it's our forces they owe.
If on our troops you apportion blame,
then you should hang your head in shame,
to our forces we will always show we care,
if they are killed or injured we'll be there.
They are our defenders of this great nation,
they deserve our thanks and appreciation,
regardless of your personal thoughts on war,
it's you and our country they are fighting for.
We owe every one of them both present and past,
a fitting tribute that will forever last,
to that end we must cherish their deeds,
for world peace they have sown the seeds.
They deserve all the plaudits they receive,
we must give them the confidence to believe,
from our memories they will never fade,
as Heroes they will always be portrayed.
To both the dead and alive their legacy will stay,
we will always respect their Memorial Day,
till the end of time as our nation gathers,
we'll remember,
