God will take you from each nation,
Gather you from every place;
Making you a new creation,
While Christ shines down with His grace.
He will take you back to your land,
Sprinkling on you with clean water;
Gives you a new heart with His hand,
Formed while being a potter.
Christ will cleanse you from other gods,
Idols that you might have some trust;
For they are nothing but just frauds,
Filled with earthly treasure and lust.
He has given you a new heart,
Putting a new spirit in you;
That will be giving a fresh start,
And unto the Lord will be true.
Your old stubborn heart will be gone,
Changing with an obedient one;
For living by the laws upon,
Told by the Father and the Son.
You will no longer be like fools,
Because of what is now inside;
And able to live by the rules,
That the Father and Son provide.
You will finally be His kin,
Truly He will then be your Lord;
Since you will be free from all sin,
And the blessing of one accord.
