GRACE
[an acrostic]
Amazing does not span the depths of my captivation
Musing at the love God lavishes on His creation
Astounded by His lenience with hostile, defiant nations
Zestful mercy unseats His justice and their annihilation
Inviting all to dwell in unmerited compassion
Not desiring that any stray from vested devotion
God surrendered His Son, in innocence for our souls' redemption
Grace being the legacy of a cruel, corrupt crucifixion
Released Christ from mortal to divine inauguration
Allowing us to share in this eternal connection
Child to Christ, Christ to God and Spirit, four-fold affiliation
Eternally sealed by this adoring, divine dispensation.

2 Corinthians 12:9 [NKJV]
And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you,
for My strength is made perfect in weakness."
