Perfect Love
You have cried when had been sad,
Even though the world had been glad;
Just as you might be feeling pain,
That turns to happiness will gain.
A woman has pain giving birth,
But turns to joyfulness and mirth;
After seeing the new child,
Looking so tender and mild.
The pain she remembers no more,
As joy and gladness start to soar;
Another child has been born,
A time to rejoice and not mourn.
It is hard for your faith to be,
When your Savior you cannot see;
But joy will be coming real soon,
In seeing the reddish blood moon.
So when that day comes you will know,
That it will be the time to go;
And you will be having delight,
The old earth vanish from your sight.
For in that day you will proclaim,
Asking the Father in the name;
Of the Son for what you do seek,
And He will give for what you speak.
God loves you because you love God,
Uncoerced to honor and laud;
Since Christ came from God you believe,
Of the Father you will receive.
