Of a restaurant called Amici that you wish to own,
Yet from this dream came so much more,
As your business venture started to grow.
At first you may not have believed what you were told,
By Selva the businessman that you were introduced to,
He said that in you he could see himself ten years ago,
Then he made an offer which really did surprise you.
This was something that you had never expected,
The offer of the sale of his restaurant Carmichael's,
The prospect of which had never entered your head,
Yet now you have a restaurant at Newcastle's Quayside.
