'' Those Ties No One Can Sever ''
As a new day dawns never forget,
our time goes by so fast,
you must treasure every living day,
treat each one as your last.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
or so the saying goes,
but we cannot change the things we've done,
we will all have highs and lows.
Love your parents for all they've done,
they've given you the gift of life,
treasure your children as they grow,
be content as a Husband or Wife.
Look after your friends and family,
make sure they're forever aware,
grudges are for fools don't hold them,
for tomorrow they may not be there.
We are given a limited time in life,
but only God has the power,
to know exactly when we'll go,
what time, the date and the hour.
Treat your fellow human beings,
with courtesy and respect,
the memories you will leave them with,
will have a profound effect.
We will all make mistakes in life,
of that you can be sure,
a legacy to leave to others is,
forgiveness is the only cure.
When you finally leave this Earth,
If you've made it your personal quest,
to teach all others to love and forgive,
then you'll have did your best.
As you look down on them from Heaven above,,
you'll find it really clever,
for you're still there in their hearts and minds,
