At Peace with God
We have peace with God,
For what Christ has done;
By faith giving laud,
To Father and Son.
His Spirit has cleansed,
For what we confess;
His grace to amend,
With mercy to bless.
For Christ is a gate,
As in His favor;
That seals our fate,
As our Savior.
So then we can brag,
Having confidence;
Sins we do not drag,
It is redundance.
We receive glory,
Is from our God;
And tell the story,
As He heals where flawed.
We suffer for sure,
But also brag that;
How we can endure,
Of its habitat.
What we have proclaimed,
Pours out of the heart;
Not to be ashamed,
All that we impart.
