Spiritual Repair
His laws are Heaven-sent,
That is why I obey;
No reason to lament,
Or try to go astray.
His Word is a window,
That is letting in light;
As the righteous beams flow,
They are giving insight.
That helps me understand,
For I am gullible;
To step on sinking sand,
Still remaining humble.
I move my lips and tongue,
For speaking His commands,
And let the words be flung,
To be heard through the lands.
His pity and His grace,
Compassion of His love;
Cancels problems I face
When I send pleas above.
All my steps are secure,
Through His promise to me;
To lock the sinful door,
And throw away the key.
I feel His smile shine,
Warms me what He has taught;
Which is giving a sign,
The price that blood has bought.
