The golden peace the moment of silence
Watching over each small resting head
The day has come to a close and the chaos an end
time to rest each little weary head
Angels are dreaming again tonight
What wonders will tomorrow bring
A smile creeps up across my face knowing they are safe
Angels are dreaming again tonight
peaceful and serene the magic it brings
Mommy Mommy come play with me
I want to play tea party
No mommy come play fire trucks with me
Mom-ma the youngest one screams
No other words just a bright smile and and running up to me
the wonder and imagination of each little mind
fast asleep now the dog nuzzled in close too
Peaceful my little angels dream
A quite sigh from an eventful day
Not a single moment that i would trade
Their eyes bright and full of wonder
Bouncing around every day
Its the moment of silence at the end of the day
A moment to smile and think I am thankful for this
Not a moment one would i trade at the end of every day
Watching them grow helping them learn
My Angels and this very moment
I smile in silence knowing
Each will be strong perhaps even stronger than I
I love my days and my nights
Its time to sleep now in this moment of silence
