Same Attitude as Christ
Do you have encouragement?
Do you have comfort from love?
Have you made acknowledgement?
That your faith comes from above.
Do you have relationships?
As spiritual in nature;
Comes from the heart to the lips,
To make you a new creature.
Do you have the sympathy?
As well as mercifulness;
Given in testimony,
To receive His blessedness.
Then fill yourself with the joy,
While being in a good mood;
Having the love to employ,
Showing a new attitude.
Live like Christ in harmony,
Keeping one purpose in mind;
Regardless of agony,
Always remain to be kind.
Have no selfish ambition,
Being conceited with greed;
Continue on your mission,
Using only what you need.
Always think about others,
Being humble when you meet;
View as sisters and brothers,
And offering them your seat.
Be concerned about their woes,
Showing them you really care;
Guarding them against their foes,
Assisting them with a prayer.
