THE BIRTH
_____and justice for all
said the voice
echoing from a proverbial
rock and a hard place...
The metaphor monster
shows her little face
A slit opens
and words fly out~~
Don't eat from a Oleander bush
grasping the taste of strange
from a twisted tongue
May I have a sip of water
to dislodge the intrusion!
Orbs appear glassy
broken vessels pulse
with black butterfly fluttering
Even more odd
or just plain bizarre
A cough and a scent of release
for another germ comes to life
resting upon thin layers of air
Swimming in circles
upon a wisp of movement
and somewhere it becomes a thought
Slowing, balancing
into the hands of anyone
whom will take interest
A mime grasps at it quickly
recoiling an idea into a bite
He chews on it for awhile
then spats it out upon paper
Just here:
