Speaking for Christ
The Lord gave me a chance,
To go out and advance;
For spreading the Good News,
That Christ had paid their dues.
But I did not have peace,
The conflicts did not cease;
It tormented my mind,
Calmness I could not find.
I still thank God who leads,
And caters to my needs;
With victory in Christ,
And how He sacrificed.
So wherever I go,
I always want to know;
And God will make it clear,
What I should cherish dear.
A scent will fill the air,
An aroma to share;
That smells sweet being saved,
Free from the lusts that craved.
An odor all around,
A deadly fragrance found;
On those who are impure,
And the temptations lure.
A life giving fragrance,
Is your best deterrence;
To evils of the night,
Which are foes to the light.
