WHERE WERE YOU?

Mom's special
She's in her nineties now
OK,she is Mom-in-law.
Men complain of their Mother in laws
Not I!
This lady is an Angel
Some health issues
I keep these things in house
A week ago things were bad
Now she is in recovery
Wife said, "Why not take your paper
and visit Mom. She likes reading the paper."
I did it one day I did it two
But I noticed I was arriving at breakfast
Third day I came later,
"Where were you?"
I arrive at nine now.
She waits in the visiting room.
Love is not always saying, "I love you!"
A half hour out of my life
Is an easy half hour to share.
