Spires of Saint Michael's
Saint Phillip's
And lesser known residences of God

Illuminate tree tops
And keep watch over the Harbor

Their bells drown sorrow
And the truth of loss
And sparrows falling
(unrecognized, unnamed)

Ringing rests on rooftops
And slows the soul's descent
