Give the key
That unlocks your fortress
To your heart's aim
Allow your love
To walk through your sacred halls--
Admit your love
Into the vault of your modest riches

Give the medallion, the symbol of lordship
That hangs from a strap of fine leather

Place it around his neck
To tap on his chest with every footfall
And remind his heart that he
Is the one you love

Soothe him
Wrap him in the cloak of your tender words
That make the shadow of all who came before
Disappear

Seduce his mind--disrobe his heart
Win him
And present him with a fitting kingdom
