TRESPASSER
Allow me to stand upright
so I may give you an "standing ovation"
while I dwell inside
this isolation chamber
For you have discovered:
ME
...and a room full of angels
I've touched their cloth
they have given me linen
to wear as I am but-t naked
In between these walls
a central nervous system
slowly recovers
I am contagious
Cloaked with the birthmark
of an immortal illumination
I am not contagious
My disease resurfaces
and I lay down
with these parasites
wallowing around the debris
and dust of others before me
I've become my own character witness
...to the assassination
of "STRANGE"
I proclaim
that me, myself and I
are just that!
Consequently everything is tilted
including my psychotic muse
we are experiencing "E~MOTION" sickness
I rest, rest assure
crowded in between
my aluminum memory
Twitching within it's noise
and an encroaching silver lining…
