Who Am I? Who Am I?
I often think who I am?
The essence of this is I am an
Energy, which is everlasting,
This awareness brings,
a deep sense of security.
And I understand that this energy,
Can only change the form,
And, it cannot be destroyed.
I the spirit, is distinct and a being
Whereas the body is the form,
And, this can be destroyed,
But it holds the essence,
Today let me enjoy the security,
By knowing, I cannot be destroyed.
I am the sparkling light of everlasting energy.
