Battle of Life
Painful memories linger on the surface
The comforting dreams give me purpose
All around I hear their judgment
But I'm not afraid to prove I'm worth it
More scared of life than Death
I know I shall receive my last breath
Pump more love into my chest
See these dreams fly east to west
Through Hell and ice the journey builds
Blasting through the enemy's fields
Greet the morning on top of the hill
Soon all doubts are quickly killed
The moment is bright and full of glory
Something to share with every girl and boy
I held my head high like a soldier of Troy
Battled the plains you tried to destroy
Now I stand
Not afraid to admit
This is my story
And I'm glad I lived it
